Clud99 is more than just an online betting platform. We are a community of Malaysian players who believe that a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience is every player's right — not a privilege for the few.
Clud99 started with a simple goal: to deliver an online betting experience that truly meets the needs of Malaysian players. Not just copying a foreign platform's model and slapping a Malaysian flag on the front — but building something designed from the ground up for the local market.
On the language front, all clud99 interfaces, guides, and customer support are available in Bahasa Malaysia. Players never need to struggle translating technical terms or guess what a button means in a foreign language. Everything feels familiar and easy to understand, even for those trying an online betting platform for the very first time.
Clud99 also understands the importance of local payment convenience. The platform supports all major payment methods commonly used by Malaysians — from FPX and DuitNow QR to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. Deposits are instant and withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes, making your financial experience as smooth and fast as possible.
More than just a betting platform, clud99 also offers a complete gaming ecosystem — from video slots, fish shooting games, and bingo, to Live Casino, Sports Betting, and e-sports. All in one account, one platform, one seamless experience.
Clud99 operates under a valid licence and complies with all legal requirements for online gambling. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels and audited regularly by independent third parties.
Clud99 is focused on the Malaysian market with full support for Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), a Bahasa Malaysia interface, and customer service that understands the local context.
Your personal and financial data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system available on all accounts.
From technology to service — here is what sets clud99 apart from other platforms in the market
All data and transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking institutions. Your account is fully secured with two-factor authentication and a real-time fraud detection system that runs around the clock.
Deposits via FPX, DuitNow QR, or digital wallets are credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed and funds reach your bank account in under 15 minutes — no excuses, no unnecessary delays.
From modern video slots, thrilling fish shooting games, interactive bingo, and Live Casino with real dealers, to Sports Betting and e-sports — clud99 offers the most complete gaming ecosystem for Malaysian players, all in one integrated platform.
The clud99 support team is available around the clock in Bahasa Malaysia — via live chat, email, and Telegram. Every support agent is trained to resolve issues efficiently, not just hand out unhelpful template responses.

Our mission is to be the most trusted and user-friendly online betting platform in Malaysia. We believe every player deserves access to a platform that is honest, transparent, and genuinely puts their interests first — not just short-term profit.
Clud99's long-term vision is to build a comprehensive online entertainment ecosystem — where players can enjoy a wide variety of games, engage with an active community, and feel secure in every transaction they make. We want to be the first name that comes to mind for Malaysian players when they think about responsible online betting.
"We didn't build clud99 to be the biggest platform. We built it to be the most trusted — a place where Malaysian players truly feel at home."
— The clud99 Founding Team
Clud99 operates with full transparency — from clearly stated bonus terms to slot game RTP (Return to Player) reports accessible to all players. No hidden terms, no deliberately obscured conditions designed to trip players up.
We invest seriously in security infrastructure — from data encryption and regular security audits to advanced fraud detection systems. The safety of your account and funds is not optional — it is our obligation to every member.
Clud99 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide deposit limit tools, session time limits, account pause options, and support resources for players who need help. Entertainment should always be safe and in control.
The tech world moves fast, and clud99 stays ahead of it. We continuously update the platform, add new games, improve app performance, and refine the user experience based on feedback from our player community.
Every decision we make — from interface design to game provider selection — is guided by the needs and feedback of our player community. You are not just a user; you are part of the clud99 journey.
The clud99 journey began with a simple observation: Malaysian players were being forced to use foreign platforms that didn't understand local needs — the wrong language, limited payment methods, and unresponsive customer support.
Clud99 was born from that observation. With a dedicated team and a clear vision, we built a platform that is genuinely Malaysian from the inside out — and the results speak for themselves in our ever-growing player community.
Clud99 was founded by a group of Malaysian tech entrepreneurs with deep experience in the online gaming industry. Platform development began with a full focus on the Malaysian user experience.
The clud99 platform officially launched with its first collection of video slots and live casino games. Within the first six months, over 50,000 Malaysian players had registered and provided encouraging feedback.
Responding to community demand, clud99 expanded its platform with a comprehensive Sports Betting and e-sports category. Competitive odds and wide-ranging markets attracted a growing number of new players to our platform.
The clud99 app for iOS and Android launched officially, letting players enjoy all games and platform features from anywhere. It earned a 4.7-star rating within its first three months.
Clud99 reached the milestone of 300,000 registered members and launched a VIP loyalty programme delivering exclusive benefits to our most dedicated players. Customer support was expanded to full 24/7 operations.
Clud99 continues to grow with over 500,000 registered members, the addition of fish shooting games and interactive bingo, and technical infrastructure upgrades to deliver a faster, more stable gaming experience for all players.
